Return & Warranty Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your fountain pen purchase. Please review our return and warranty policies below:

Return Policy While we hope you love your purchase, if you're not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days.

• Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
• Condition: The fountain pen must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return Shipping: All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Warranty Information

• Paint Warranty: We offer a warranty on the paint finish, but normal wear and tear is excluded from coverage.

• Magnetic Closure: If your pen has a magnetic closing mechanism, we provide a warranty if the magnet loosens or comes off.

• General Warranty: This warranty covers manufacturing defects or mechanical failures, such as:

  • Loose clips
  • Malfunctioning mechanisms
  • Loose parts that were originally smelted or firmly attached.

  If any of these issues occur, we will repair or replace the pen free of charge. The warranty is valid for two years, provided you have a copy of the invoice and the warranty card. Natural wear and tear is not covered.

Important: Please take a video of the unboxing to document any potential transportation damage. This will help us address issues quickly and efficiently.

Each product is packed after the inspetction. 

Before dispatch you will recive the video of the packed product. we also recomand you to take a video of unboxing for the courier  company in case of a damage.
